Spring greens recipe!

Have you ever made an impulse purchase at the farmer's market, and then didn't quite know what to do with your newly acquired produce?  I was browsing at my local farmer's market last week and came across a booth selling bags of fresh greens. Healthy Rainbow Popsicles!

An easy and fun treat to make with your kids, these healthy rainbow popsicles are packed with nutrients and antioxidants, plus they're so fun to make and easily customizable! So roll up everyone's sleeves (or not) and whip up a batch of these tasty treats! You will need: One popsicle mold Bananas Assorted fruits and veggies, depending on the colors you want Mix-ins if desired (Yogurt, honey, chia seeds, protein powder, etc) Mix together 1/2 banana with fruit, desired mix-ins, and just enough water to blend. Get creative!
